5Gaming Rules

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, the wager for that round will be refunded.
• The dealer's decision is final in all Live Casino games.
• Once a match has started, bets placed on Sports Betting cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bug or error is found in any game, all bets placed during that session will be considered void.

6Prohibited Activities

7Account Suspension & Closure

Vp666 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Upon detection of any breach of these terms and conditions.
• If the KYC verification process has not been completed.
• If there is any suspicion of fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
• As directed by the relevant regulatory authority.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any remaining balance will be refunded once the verification process is complete.

8Responsible Gaming
